You guys see that guy almost freak up and lose us two bases and a run?

Don't be that guy.  Diehards better be buying playoff tickets in the corners.

Electrify the top of the fence. Zap anyone who leans over.

In all seriousness, they need to do more than just eject someone who leans over for a catch.  These idiots think it's worthwhile to do that.

Give them a really heavy fine.

A team that can make that kind of play is a winner.

Maybe Bob will shout "Call the police! There's a killer slider on the loose!"

Put the cuffs on 'em, make 'em do the perp walk in front of their friends and family.

Man I am really proud of Detwiler this year.  He has really come into his own and showed that the franchise really made a great decision back in 2007.  I always wanted him to succeed and it seems that he is realy comfortable with the nasty hard sinker and the curveball is returning to him.  Some more development on the changeup and he really makes this staff nearly un-hittable.

Just as a thought, Strasburg is considered a 3 pitch guy even if he throws BOTH a two and four seam fastball, the latter with nasty nasty nasty movement.  Do you think the pitching coaches will have him develop another pitch?  I know his curve is much more 12-6 now than it used to be so do you think that he develops a slider?

If it costs the Nats runs, they toss them in the clink at Number 2 for the night. (NO...I made that up...I don't even know if Washingtonians call the Second Precinct "Number 2" etc...I think it used to cover Griffith Stadium, nutg now?)

Oh what a catch!

Great reflex catch by Capuano.  Harper stung that one, a sure hit if it gets past the mound.

Pitchers with good reflexes are essential. Saved Det's life, saved us some hits and runs. And knowing when not to reach for it, that's an awesome skill too!

Ball boys/girls do not touch balls in play, players do! But yeah still let them shag the foul balls.
