It seems like a long time since Hammer's had a big hit.  Now would be a great time.

Willingham's been getting on base this month, but his SLG is crazy low (.368).

Hmmm. Was that the longest no-runs-scored inning of all time? Or did it just feel that way with Balester, Slaten, and Batista?
Other than beaning Weeks, the worst thing in that inning is that Collin's confidence was so high and then dropped like a lead balloon after that HBP. :(
 I feel bad for him.

Michael Morse can make up for his base running blunder in a huge way

Parra has some nice pitches. I'm surprised he's doing so poorly this season.

If Riggs is going to do a double switch in the 5th, bring in ADAM DUNN.

Dibble's right about Morse, he swung at probably two balls that at bat.

Things looked so positive from a bullpen perspective after Livan's complete game.

Think they could convert Morse to a first baseman?

That was a very nifty backhand grab by Pudge, on a ball 5 feet off the plate.

Haven't been able to hand off a close game to Storen and Capps in a while.

6th   LuCroy doubled to deep center, Edmonds scored.

Nationals   2
Brewski's   3

Somehow a play involving a CATCHER named Lecroy brings bad luck.

I have a lot more confidence in Peralta lately than in Clippard.  And I gotta think they are saving Storen for the 8th, anyway.

Nah - saving him for the late innings to PH with some runners on.
