yeah it's a good problem to have.  i just think johnson is so good at getting on base where zim has a bit more pop.  johnson also takes a lot of pitches and works the count a bit more.  but when zimmerman is on fire, he's a hitting machine, so either/or.
Definately.

Washington

Milledge -- 8
Guzman -- 6
Zimmerman -- 5
Dunn -- 7
Johnson -- 3
Dukes -- 9
Flores -- 2
Harris -- 4
Martis -- 1

Atlanta

Johnson -- 4
Escobar -- 6
C. Jones -- 5
McCann -- 2
Kotchman -- 3
Francoeur -- 9
Diaz -- 7
Schafer -- 8
Lowe -- 1

i like our line-up (although again, milledge should be flip flopped w/ guzman).  kearns will be back in the line-up tomorrow.  for tonight, i wish dukes was in center and willingham in right (b/c willingham has good numbers against lowe).

I don't like it all. both Mills and Dukes should never be in the lineup together. Yeah it should be Willingham-Dukes-Dunn.

at least Willie is starting.

crap, some nasty storms are about to roll through Atlanta. They are under a Tornado Watch.

I still think they'll play tonight.

Woah, that's a serious storm.  The bulk of it is north of the Atlanta metro area but there are a few strong cells on the south end of the strom.  I think they'll play too, but I wouldn't be shocked to see it delayed a bit...which is fine with me, I'll be able to watch most of the Nebraska/Texas game if that happens and won't have to switch back and forth.

Dunn belongs in LF. Dunn-Dukes-Kearns please.

they are always just guesses. no need to bug 2k6nats about it every day. That's the way he wants to do it so be it.

It creates confusion and wasted energy arguing about who is playing and who should be playing and other discussions based on the false lineup assumption.

Anyway, I'm glad to finally be able to see a game on TV.  I'm in Mount Pleasant, SC, Braves country.  I did enjoy the Braves taking 2/3 from the Phillies, but I'd rather see MY team play regardless of the outcome.

exactly. I've told 2k6nats but he doesn't want to change so there is no use pissing and moaning about the same tired stuff everyday.

Nothing is more soothing than bickering on a message board with fellow fans as your team loses game after game after game.

Obviously I want the Nats to win, but if they are going to get blown out, I would rather it happens early in the game so I can get on with my Friday night activities.
