For those going tonight (I won't be - DC United conflict) - from Yahoo! Weather:

Today: Some clouds and possibly an isolated thunderstorm this afternoon. A few storms may be severe. High 91F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.
Tonight: Variable clouds with thunderstorms, especially early. A few storms may be severe. Low 76F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%.

---

Also, if you use Metrorail's Orange line, particularly from/to from West Falls Church, Dunn Loring or Vienna, budget more travel time tonight because of the Dulles Rail project (applies to tomorrow's finale too): http://www.wmata.com/about_metro/news/PressReleaseDetail.cfm?ReleaseID=4486

Well, Oral Doom Scandal has been placed on the Disabled List. Expect another start from Wine Evils.

Well, Oral Doom Scandal has been placed on the Disabled List.

Greatest sentence in the history of the English language.

Anal Oil Suit just sounds like something you found on ebay.

Greetings from the Nats Press Box. Learned a lot today, but some of the more interesting stuff is Jim Riggleman says Pudge will be making a rehab start either Monday or Tuesday but he is unsure when. However, talking to Pudge, he says he will be catching Strasburg on Tuesday.

Haha the controversy continues. The "regular" media reported the same. Pudge don't need no stinkin' rehab start.

Pudge needs to be manager... that way he can override Nieves/McCatty and their crappy pitch selection of slider, slider, slider, slider, curveball, changeup... all on the outside edge.

Just got back from INSIDE PITCH LIVE w/Stan Kasten. I nailed him with the question: What are you going to do about the rumored Philly takeover on 7/31? His answer: "There is a plan in the works to make sure Opening Day 2010 never happens again. We have no idea how it happened. We were not happy with how it turned out."

He didn't seem that happy.

I know we don't always see eye to eye, but I'm damn glad you were there to ask that very important question.
