Sierra Nevada just tapped a red ipa at Fireworks Pizza in Arlington (near the Courthouse metro) that was made for us hopheads.
I stopped by Fireworks and ordered the Sierra Torpedo IPA, a real nice beer that was labelled as being the first one tapped in Virginia, but I asked the bartender if this was the one I had read about and she replied "no". The one they tapped at 4 on Wednesday was kicked by 7. They're tapping another one next week, likely on Monday.
