no i think he's just mad.  or pissed.  or angry.  8)
all 3 but these losses don't infuriate me like they did earlier in the season. They are a lot easier to take if you expect a loss every game.

wins are gravy

'interesting roster move'

Hmm. I wonder if it's something we haven't heard yet.

darnIT! I thought Johnny said "Manny was fired tonight".
Sadly he said "Manny was wired tonight".

Instead of wiring a Natinals player on "Wired Wednesday", the LAST TWO weeks have been Acta.
He clearly sees the handwriting on the wall...

haha ray ... mcgeary is nowhere close to getting a call up, smoker hasn't even pitched in pro ball this season, chico is still rehabbing.  he's right about balester though.  he's the next call up when a starter is needed.

QFT.  Wells, Colome, and Tavarez are all worthless.

I hope they post what I wrote on MASN. They usually do. I was pretty strong in my dislike of MacDougal.

Did we really get swept by the Mets who were playing without Reyes, Delgado, Beltran, and Church?

Btw, that ball DEFINITELY hit the sign. If you watch the replay again, you'll see the ball knocked something off of it. I knew I wasn't going crazy.

I was at the game again tonight. Apparently I'm horrible luck?

You all might as well not watch the 6/16 game against the Yankees because I'll be there too.

That Murphy home run was IMPOSSIBLE to tell at the game, but I knew it was gone the way Dunn was retreating on the ball, it was a dead giveaway.

There was also a big dent in the sign.

Quote
ADAM DUNN

Q: What did the ball do?

I didn't think there was any way possible that ball could have been a homer. What would have been interesting -- I probably should have caught that ball. Then I would have liked to see what the verdict would have been then.

Q: What did you see?

Well, I was playing in, so I was kind of running back, and when I did, I thought it would have been a homer. But it didn't hit the [overhang], so I picked it up and threw it to our cut-off man.

Q: So when you were looking at it, was it close to scraping the Subway sign or not even?

I guess five feet close. Is five feet close?

(Image removed from quote.)

And we have next Wednesday to look forward to when the Giants come to town with a chance for Randy Johnson to record his 300th victory.  :?  And what better team for the Giants to celebrate another milestone against than the Washington Nationals.  :bang:

But that could be good news for guys like az, houston-nat, soxnats and others who don't get to see the Nats regularly because it may mean that ESPN or MLB Network will pick up the game.

You are going crazy.  There was no dent in the sign because the ball did not hit the sign.

Subway NEEDS to make a commercial out of that footage.  Can you imagine the publicity they could reap from this?
