Getting into the pen fairly early could be huge for the rest of this series.

Well, the Brewers' BP is probably relieved they can't blow another straight game. Barring a huge Nats meltdown, of course.

I've heard this is a "hitters park." Does that mean it's small? It doesn't look small, but I know it's got a roof, so...

The ball flies in this ballpark.  Dimensionally, I don't think it's very small.  Coors Field also isn't very small.

There's a chance both are true. But I'm watching in SD tonight.
Either I'm into the Leinies or they only have 3 HD cameras.    The rest are blurry.

cuz their bullpen is a giant turd sandwich.

Still...the Brewers have 8 relief pitchers, or so say the Brewers announcers. Although by now you would tell Gallardo to pretend that this is 1970 and finish the game.

It's not like the air is dry in Milwaukee. Maybe the superstructure just keeps the wind out.

This team has already shown it can give up a 9-run lead.

My neighbor is from Milwaukee and he says there is NO circulation in there.

I guess you give up Summer breezes to be able to play in April.

Why are they not PHing for the pitcher!?   That's nuts.    He's already thrown 100 and they're behind by seven.

Save the bench for a game they think they can win?

Taking one for the team...their pen makes the Mets' look solid.

Pretty much  ...   down 7-0, no sense wasting the pen or the PH
