To elaborate: If we were going down to the wire - for a division title, or wild card, or best NL record - then we would be highly motivated to win every game. But I don't think any of those will be in play, and I don't think 100 wins is sufficient motivation to play with the same intensity we've played with, over the remaining 25. But Atlanta and St. Louis will be playing for their lives. I can't see us doing better than 1 of 3 against either of them.
Maybe St. Louis will be playing with more intensity by that point since it is the second-to-last series of the year and in their ballpark. But the Braves series is coming up here pretty soon and is likely to be the chance for us to lock down the NL East. I think both teams are going to be highly motivated to win that series.
