Whatever. Dibble's funny, but sometimes he says stupid things.

I don't disagree but let's not pretend that somebody's gonna kick his ass.

I think we all agree that there's a number that's not enough over $10.5, and there's a number that is.
I just did a little bit of math, and have concluded that, if I were 22 and looking at Strasburg's situation, I would ask for $3.6 million. Why so little? Well, if I blew my arm out at age 23 and never drew a single paycheck from anybody again, I'd have $60,000 per year for the rest of my life, not even counting compound interest. Maybe I have low expectations, eh?

Logan Kensing has looked like a new man since getting sent to AAA.

Wanna take that back?

if i was strasburg's dad, i'd be furious if my son didn't sign. he'd have passed up 10+ millon dollars to HOPE he stays healthy, gets drafted #1 overall or #2 overall next year, and HOPE another team will give you that. so dumb.
He could invest that and live off the interest for the rest of his life. He wouldn't even need to touch the principle

To be honest, this is the only kind of game where you should even consider using Kensing.

Of course, Kensing shouldn't be on the roster in the first place...

Logan Kensing will be DFA'd tonight.

 He's acting like Colome is his role model. He needs a wake up call, not a free pass to suck.

holy crap. Logan Kensing is just ridiculously bad.

With the Marlins he had a 9.82 ERA in 7.1 IP.

With the Nationals he has a 10.71 ERA in 19.1 IP.

Opposing hitters are batting .371 off of him.

I wonder if the DFA paper work has been drawn up for Kensing yet?

Is there a story on glasses versus contacts? You don't see many ball players wearing glasses, and they are almost always pitchers...

What relievers do we have in AAA?  I'd hate to have to go out and get someone off the street to replace Kensing, though "off the street" isn't much worse than Kensing.

Logan Kensing will be DFA'd tonight.

God Willing.

Riggleman said something about going back to a 7-man bullpen soon. wonder who the odd man out is?

we have a plethora of relievers in AAA that would appreciate a promotion to the Majors. Josh Wilkie, Yunior Novoa, and Zach Segovia are the most deserving.

Who else?  Villone looks like a Hall of Famer by comparison.
