I just looked at the Atlanta radar and its only a small cell.  Nothing like what I had here in NW Montgomery County.  Shouldn't be a long delay.

Problem: the current cell is small.  However there is a much larger cell developing behind it.   :?

I refuse to beleive that JB is as retarded as Frank when it comes to Guzman.

I'm hoping one of the two SS rumors comes true... The first is about Bowden inquiring about the Devil Rays Julio Lugo and the second is the Giants Omar Vizquel. Lugo is a lot younger, but I wouldn't mind having Vizquel who strikes out a lot less, but either one would work for me...

you know despite the loss yesterday, if nick johnson is really healthy, just having him in the line up just makes me feel better. You know he's usually not gonna swing at something stupid and get himself out.

Tim K(can't spell his last name) says on Sportscenter that JimBo has been the most active GM this month, trying desperately to make deals, because he fears for his Job.

And continuing to play Guzman is helping his job security?

Wilkerson apparently Jammed something in one of his hands diving in the 3rd  when he got his tripple.   Not sure of anything other than what I heard, and they were talking about him holding his hand as if he was in considerable pain.

as much as guzman sucks there's not really any other option that is a whole lot better already on the team.

although, carroll would probably be doing at least a decent job on defense and doing much better at the plate, so i guess it's on frank.

that could just be Frank.

the only way JimBo can guarantee that Guzman won't get any playing time is to get rid of him.

and we don't have the personnel to afford it.  contrary to what everyone believes, Jamey Carroll is NOT a suitable long-term solution at SS.  He's a Utility Player.

JimBo needs to get another shortstop before he can permanently get rid of Guzman.

Nothing's changed in the past two weeks...we still are as useless as teets on a boar hog when it comes to knocking in runs.

It's 1-0  we're gonna lose again unless they DO SOMETHING...ANYTHING!   :x
