It's crazy how many walks this team is drawing so far this season.

11 out of the last 15 plate appearances, Morgan has reached base

I'd hate to face the Nats on offense. They take so many pitches.

Is Livan going to be the starter for game 1?

Wolf's rainbow curve is a beauty. 18-19 inches of break

He's making a case for it.

Can Guzman be sent to the bench full time, yet?

When will Riggleman stop giving into Guzman's fragile emotions? Just move the guy down the lineup.

The center field lounge?

I have no idea, the seats looked like the Diamond Club padded seats. When I go on the Nats site to buy tickets it colors that whole section yellow  and calls it CF Reserved.

Yeah that is the lounge area, the reserved seats are just in front of it.  I sat there once, pretty good seats.

Can you imagine how ridiculous this offense would be if Zimm and Dunn were hitting like they should be?

It's too bad that once they start coming on, everyone else will probably go cold. :?

But what happens if Pudge goes back to last year's norms and Willingham goes back to his career averages? Fortunately, Kennedy, Guzman, and Desmond are all hitting below their career averages too.

Yep.  That's why I said "would be" instead of "will be" :?

It also seems that the offense will explode for 8 or 9 runs on the same day the pitching staff will give up 10 or 11, and then when the pitching only gives up 2 or 3, the offense will only manage 1 run.

It's a curse.

JMax crushed that ball.

Are those seats out there padded? What section is that?

He has plus power potential, plus speed, and plus defense. I hope he puts it all together, but as I think Christina Kahrl said, at worst he's a very useful bench/utility OF.

When gameday says the wind is 21mph NW, does that mean blowing TO the NW, or blowing in FROM the NW?

Very good question. I believe to the NW. But I'll check on Wunderground.

Can't say I have many complaints about Dunn's fielding at first this year.
