The point is that it may not go well with people within the organization and they may be looking at replacing more people on the staff and that would cost even more money. 
Kasten, the Lerners, and Rizzo are shameful. Not only do they continuously do nothing to address the situation but they also hide and shy away from the media and fans so we have no idea what the hell is going on.
