That's generalized from Buddy Myer's promise to Ben Chapman, Yankee CF, at the beginning of what became one of the biggest brawls of all time. Eventually had 300 Nats fans leaped onto the field to help the Nats fight the Yankees; Bill Dickey grabbing a baseball bat until someone smart dragged him back to the dugout; a fist-fight between the Nats' ace pitcher and Chapman in the tunnel leading to the club house; Metropolitan Police arresting Chapman, who had hit a detective...and more.
