You are allowed Worchesteshire sauce or tartar sauce.
I'm using salsa in honor of that sports columnist in Chicago (?) who bet one of the local teams wouldn't make the playoffs and had to douse his column in salsa and eat it.
He should go to jail for that crap! 
That one never gets old.
