Just line him up and kill hin. He didn't deny it and there's enough witnesses to place him as the shooter.

Firing squad, go.

Unreal.  Just unreal.  If you watch any of the cell phone video be warned - it's disturbing.

It's a good arguement for limiting rights under the 2nd Amendment

I hear ya.  But how does our society limit access to those who are mentally unstable ?  Or do we just accept periodic instances like this ?

Good luck on that.

Exercising his second amendment right.  Still waiting for your definition of "mentally unstable".

let's not talk gun laws here.  take that crap to uncensored.

this should be the thread for mourning the losses of the victims (and their families/friends), plus any news about the asshat who did this.

Too sad, too sad and horrific. Prayers for those who were hurt and injured, and for the families who lost loved ones. There is never a good reason or explanation for the tragic losses.  In Sympathy.....  :(

Dave Weigel's blog is looking at the gun debate around the shootings, and how idiots waste no time trying to play politics.  Worth a read:

Two wrongs don't make a right guys... seriously. What happened is obviously horrific, and I'm glad that the shooter has been apprehended. But, and I'm not sure how serious you all are, torture/injecting him with HIV doesn't make us (society) much better than he.

Sheriff Arpaio does not approve of this line of reasoning

I'm sorry? His tent city is voluntary, but that's irrelevent. The point of this thread is to show compassion toward the victioms of this sensless act of violence, not to politicize or come up with crude forms of punishment. Hell, even the shooter's family deserves compassion as it would appear right now. For Pete's sake, they'll be treated as though they commited the same acts as often occurs in these situations. Uncensored has plenty of room for that thread.
