Yeah, I thought about that and I might do that if I decide to go Thursday.  I want to sit in the 100s, but the $6 seats that came up were all in RF (like Section 142-143) and I'm not a big fan of those seats.

If you go Thursday you can sit where you want.  Regular Season is over Wednesday!

I was wondering!  Just giving you a hard time and hoping you bought tickets for the day you wanted.

When I was a kid. The Post said the Orioles were at home in Baltimore.  So my Dad takes me alll the way up there to Memorial Stadium only to find out there wasn't a game!  It was a Thursday.

Stubhub prices for the game tonight did shoot up last night but they're back down again this morning. On addition to the $2 / $6 tickets the Nats are running a separate promotion with $4 tickets to each of the games this week. Of course the JR2012 coupon code has some good deals as well.

Updating weather for this final regular-season homestand:

Tonight, 19.05 (Lannan* vs Kendrick) - high 72, low 62, 10% chance of rain
Tomorrow, 19.05 (Gonzalez vs Cloyd) - high 82, low 71, 70% chance of rain
Wednesday, 13.05 (Jackson vs Lee) - high 82, low 65, 30% chance of rain

*ESPN.com schedule has Wang starting tonight, as of right this minute ('probable pitchers' on Nats official site still has Lannan): http://espn.go.com/mlb/team/schedule/_/name/wsh/washington-nationals

Planning on being in TBSITH for all three.

It looks like I can't attend any of the three games this week, though I'm still working on Tuesday. Life sucks.

Are you going to be there tonight?

I scored a ticket off of StubHub.  I think tonight is the night we clinch and I be damned if I am not going to be there to see it live.

I'm too angst-ridden to go. But tomorrow, I'm going to go tomorrow.

Capital Weather Gang NatCast (they were a bit late today) has 'Showers are possible, but don't like to be disruptive enough to kill the game. Temperatures are comfortable in the upper 60s' with 67-69 at first pitch, 65-67 by ninth inning, 40% chance of rain.

On my way soon. Will head to the porch / loft, but may grab a snack at the Bullpen / Fairgrounds.

No Kosher stand tonight or tomorrow, I think.  1st 2 days of Sukkot (Tabernacles).

Correct, Max's should be back on Wednesday. Bummer, will need to find something else to eat tomorrow!

I had to scurry up to the S&S club to meet the guy who I was splitting tickets with.

Capital Weather Gang NatCast for today has: 'Disruptive delays possible, but a complete rainout is much less likely' with 75 at first pitch, 72 by ninth inning, 60% chance of rain.

...well if it really does start doing tabbies and golden retrievers out there by first-pitch time they could always do a twin-bill tomorrow (they'd play it, at least based on today's league tables, because it still means something to us as far as post-season seeding).

No prob, I headed down to the Porch to refill my Brown Ale and ran into 2IPA's, Mathguy and Blue anchoring the corner of the bar.  Mathguy was grooming some newb, but he spilled his Miller Lite  :spaz:   all over the damn place and broke up the party.

Capital Weather Gang's NatCast for today has 'The morning clouds should show some breaks during the afternoon. Any sun will help temperatures warm nicely into the 80s. Signing off for the regular season. We'll see you back here for the playoffs!' with upper 70's to 80 for first pitch, low 80's by ninth inning, 10% chance of rain (however unpromsing it may look outside right now, from my south Arlington window at least).

We had 35k in the house Monday and 33k last night, and we drew similar numbers to weekday afternoon matches against R. A. Dickey and the Mets...no reason we shouldn't have a good group again today. Will be in TBSITH as always of course.
