What would the conversation have been like today if Tim Timmons had refused the Steinbrenner cash and called Tyler Moore safe and we'd won the second game of the series? Add to that, what if the Brad Lidge had never been allowed to set fire to the mound in the first game, when the score was 2-1? Since the bullpen, without Lidge, allowed 2 earned runs over the entire series, it's not far fetched to say they could have held the Yankees to 0 runs over the final three innings of that game. Assuming we lose that game 2-1, win the next game 4-3, and lose the final game 4-1, what would have been the story of the series?
