Quantrill is now with the Padres who play in a pitchers park almost as pitcher friendly as RFK. I have a feeling that Stanton signed with the Cards, they have more bats than might turn his head, plus they got to the WS last year, but then again, he might be seeing how pitcher friendly RFK is, as well as how in need they are for more relief help, especially from the left side, and sign with the Nats.
MY guess is, nothing regarding any signings or trades now wont be announced until after the All Star game, and like you said, likely not until tomorrow.
