Gorzelanny does what he has done all year. Serve up long balls.

Terrible pitch left over the plate.

When will this stupid ass team learn to stop walking Pujols with 2 outs and no one on base?

Gorzo walked Pujols, atta boy. Let him have his base and then sit down.

0-2 count = death to our pitchers. Where is the breaking ball in the dirt or fastball up?

Gorzelanny is better suited in a relief role like he was in Chicago.

He sucks as a starter and has to be on thin ice.

You mean he's better suited for relief like he was in Chicago where he started 23 of the 29 games he appeared in last year?

It isn't like they were going to hold the Cards scoreless. If the Nats don't put up at least 5 runs, I don't think they have any shot of winning this one.

Nationals:

Danny Espinosa 2B
Rick Ankiel CF
Jayson Werth RF
Adam LaRoche 1B
Ian Desmond SS
Michael Morse LF
Ivan Rodriguez C
Alex Cora 3B
Tom Gorzelanny P

That's where.

Did anyone else realize the Nats lineup only features one hitter batting over .250?

I had a sinking feeling they were going to lay a turd today.  I see my fears were not misplaced.  :|

Yeah.  Nobody is hitting. 6 guys currently batting under .220.

He's always been overrarted.  Coming off of steroids exposed him for the fraud he is.
