Kearns isn't letting his troubles at the plate harm his defense.

I wish Chief was here to ban these two haters.

Yeah I hate Dunn so much

Murphy is hitting .200/.265/.289 in July but you wouldn't know from watching him hit against us.

Opposing players are far too comfortable and confident when facing the Nats. They know that we will be the cure for their ills.

At this point, Ronnie Belliard is batting better than Dunn and Zimmerman. Sad how our once vaunted offense has completely turned the tables.

Ray Knight mentioned that last night in the post game.  Our early offensive powerhouse was a fluke.

At least he didn't lose his bat when struck out.

no patience at the plate by anybody except for Willingham.

Gonzalez doesn't strike out a lot but he puts too many bad pitches into play. He needs to be a lot more selective at the plate.

Back for another evening of punishment. Are we gonna make Perez look like a Cy Young winner tonite?

David Wright is a feet short of a HR again. He must have been coming off the juice this season.

Watching the game on Yahoo!Sports live box score isn't nearly as exciting as watching on TV  :?

huge catch

Lannan looks terrible. That 2-2 changeup that Castillo hit was a garbage pitch. I don't know why he throws so many change-ups on the outside corner. They are so easy to hit. He gave up an RBI hit in his last start on the same pitch.

Nice catch Nyjer. Milledge would have tripped three times.

I love Morgan. Now maybe everyone understands why I was so excited when we traded for him.

That catch convinced me that Rizzo is a genius for dumping our garbage to get Morgan.

Genius or blind hog?  Doesn't matter, the result is showing early favorable returns.
