My guess is that Marquis will be out of this game before your little guy falls a sleep! Enjoy him while they are young!

Yeah, it's a race. I think he probably just enjoys Slowes' voice, low and soothing is great for babies.

Marquis is no reason to not sign a good free agent pitcher.  The market for Marquis wasn't that brisk, for a reason, we see.

I hate how the radio gets so damn loud before commercial.  It's so annoying.

eh, if they go out and get a cliff lee.  instead we got jason marquis.

i thought he would be better than this.  i think everyone did.
True, I thought he would be better too. However, Marquis was the only one that said he would come play for the Nats.

we really can't continue to throw marquis out there every 5 games with the way he's pitched this season.

With TV, the max commercial volume is pegged to the max program volume. Maybe the same is true for radio?

"The only one who'll play here" is such a depressing idea.  :icon_frown:

I hope the Lerner/Kasten cabal is fully aware of this whole "the only one that will come here" concept.

Hopefully they're aware that he is the rule, not the exception.

I can't believe Riggleman/Rizzo are continuing with the Willingham charade. It benefits no one except, maybe in Riggs' head, he's protecting Dunn and Zimm on his reputation alone. Maybe (LAC alert) they're throwing him out there to drag his stats down and reduce his arbitration award.

By the way, Marquis is brutal. Thanks Rizz.
