Bring up Bernadina, platoon Bernie with Gomes. Bernadina is not doing that well, but...

yeah I thought I heard them say he tore a tendon or something, whatever it was it didn't seem like he should be playing anymore, at least not for awhile.  I don't get it, why don't they put him on the DL?

Strained achilles tendon. That doesn't heal when you continue to play in it.

The Mets??? Who are they? In New York, we have the Brooklyn Cyclones and the Staten Island Yankees...nearby there is the Trenton Thunder...no professional team called the "Mets" here.
