Classic.    My neighbor's daughter is at the Island (basic) for Christmas.    He wondered what she would do for Christmas and another neighbor's boyfriend (Marine aviator) told him, "They'll probably have the day off because the DI's will mostly be off.   No matter what, they WILL be ordered to enjoy themselves."

got the kids the 360/Kinect pack with sports season 2 and wipe out.  Wipe out is really fun, burning a lot more calories then I usually do on Christmas day.

It was 50 degrees the past 2 days.  50.  First time in my life I haven't had to wear a jacket to Christmas Eve service.

My grandma buying me The Greatest American Hero isn't nearly as funny as what happened to my cousin. When he was a kid, he asked his grandma for the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater video game for his birthday. His grandma then proceeded to go to Toys R Us and ask for Tom Hanks' Pro Skater.

"Favorite Brand Name" ?  "Cooking With Beer". It's not a big book, and I'm sure it was meant as a gag gift, they got it from a store called Ollie's of you have those, and it was like $3

Hope all had a great Xmas. I ate too much, but when a fellow who lives with his kosher mom gets ham, turkey, greens, mac and cheese, etc. for dinner on Xmas Eve, I was in (hog) heaven. Hope everyone has a safe, healthy and prosperous New Year!

Here's a pic from yesterday of my mom and dad's new dog, a rescue beagle corgi mix (we think). She's around 13 pounds, this is a close up of her nodding off sitting in the chair next to me.  :P

I dunno about that dog.  If you mix a Beagle with a cORGi, don't you get The Borg?
