who gives a freak, FP? It was short of being out and that's all that matters.

Too many ifs and bullcrap

Goes both ways, means more balls will be flying out against our pitchers.

If he does not pitch well, sadly, I would say it'd be time to welease bwian (just in time for the holiday).

Since adjusting to the majors Brian Broderick has started really working on being awesome.  I'm excited for this kid and I hope we don't pass him back to the other dugout any time soon.

Very nice inning for Brian Broderick, doing exactly what we need him to do.

Now we need LaRoche, Desmond, and Morse to do exactly what we need them to do.

If given an opportunity, Broderick could be a useful middle reliever. He thrives at getting ground balls.

Just imagine if he had gotten all of the innings Gaudin has gotten. With regular work he'd be fine. Riggleman has mishandled him since the start.

as much as i'd love to see that happen ... i don't think so.

laroche will ground out to right side ... desmond will strike out looking ... morse will fly out.

I'm liking what I'm seeing from Broderick lately.
Getting Pujols and Holliday out might be the boost of confidence he really needed.

Nice inning from Broderick.  More of that from him would be nice, seems like he's settled down from his nervous start.

Not an efficient day from Gorzo, but he held everyone but Holliday hitless.  Let's string a few hits together and get this thing all squared up.
