If its anyone in this lineup to get us a lead it'd be Ramos.

Great walk, gets pitcher spot out of way.

We'll probably light his ass up.

That's what I'm thinking, bet Detwiler goes yard tomorrow against Kershaw

Yeah, but Jackson might be a better leadoff hitter than Desmond :?

This is all bullcrap, what FP is talking about.  Volquez's ERA was 4.30 at the start of this game.  He's not this unhittable against other teams.

For the love of God! Why do the Nats make opposing pitchers look like Cy Young candidates!
It's too early.  We wait until the 7th inning or later.  We will win.

Let me ask you'll a question, what the freak does Rizzo actually see when he watches games? I mean is he too busy servicing himself watching the rotation pitch to see how bad this offense really is? this staff is legit, a bat or two is absolutely required whether it be from the minors and taking a risk with Harper or Moore or trading for a bat.

it's painful

He's given up 2, 2, 4, 3 earned runs in his 4 starts.

0 tonight. Not a prayer

He'd given up 19 hits and 15 walks.  His WHIP was 1.5.

Agreed.  I hope our whole pitching staff doesn't go to the DL with bad backs from carrying this team to this point...

even Zimmerman and Morse won't make the rest of these bums good. La Roche and werth occasionally are going to help too but Desmond, AnKiel, Berny Nady Tracy etc are double A scrubs at best. oh and as much as i still am rooting for him, Espinosa doesn't deserve to be starting right now.
