And if we had done one of a million things right we would have won.  I'd just assumed zim didn't hit the HR if we weren't going to tie it.  Definitely the most frustrating loss of the season.  Now we will be lucky just to avoid being swept at our own park by our rivals.

Billy Traber lost that game.   >:(  Game should have been 4-3 Nats.

Well Rivera didn't do so hot either.  I'd spread it out equally over both of them.

Zim flies out to left field.
Game over.  Gave up one too many.

Final:
Oreols 5
Nationals 4

NatsExtra is on MASN-2 right now (not My-20.)

I know.. Him and Rivera both.  They both walked a batter that cannot hit to face a batter on deck who is capable of hitting.  Just so stupid.  Nook lost the game too by not going to 3rd on that swinging bunt by Belliard.  And you can put some blame on AK for a bunch of reasons..

We can still win the series.  And judging by the way the Nats are playing, that's not impossible.

Nook should not be blamed. He worked a walk, stole second. I think Ronnie, Felipe, and even my boy Zimmerman warrant more blame than Nook. A hit would've scored Nook from second, and all 3 didn't come through.

Career minor leaguer.  He was alright during ST for us though.  I fully expect Guthrie (who dominated the Red Sox last week) to own us and for Bacsik to go 3 or 4 innings and to give up 4 or 5 runs. Hope I'm wrong.  That Nats better win because I am going to be there.

Well, Nook's walk was given to him, he didn't work it.  However, I completely agree, although that Zimmerman drive would have been a great sac fly.  Ryan was the only one to hit the ball hard during the ninth.

Wouldn't have had to do anything if the Orioles hadn't scored another three in the eigth.  That's why it should go on Rivera and Traber.  Final score after Zimmerman's HR would have been 4-3 Nats.   :?
