Gio will always be a walk machine. He'll never be an elite pitcher.
This is why we still need another starter for when Stras is shut down. Gio is good but erratic and Jordan is a 6 inning pitcher. We need another guy like Josh Johnson to stick in there if we want a chance to go up against the good teams.
