These guys aren't baseball players, they're just a bunch of guys with bats and gloves.
QFT

they don't understand how to play winning baseball.

i still can't believe elijah dukes.  cabrera hasn't been anything to write home either, but dukes error really set the tone for this loss.

Why am I even considering listening to this game? I could watch tomorrow's game on TV but  might not bother.

If we are giving up on this team, who's left?

all of our players can't really be this bad. you can't get rid of everyone on the roster but you can fire the manager.

Are Kasten/Rizzo/Lerners watching these games or are they hiding out somewhere and pretending that everything is a-okay?!

We're paying attention.  We're watching on TV.  We're listening on the radio.  We still go to the games.  We still buy the beer.

What's wrong in their eyes?

exactly. not even the players believe in themselves at this point.

I've never felt this negative regarding a team I have ever followed.

If we sign Pedro after the game, then I might watch tomorrow. I bet the Crab would pass through waivers.

it's a nice park. a lot better than recent parks that have been built (yankee stadium, philly's stadium, cincy, etc.). It's actually a fair park like Nats park. not going to give away cheap HRs.

i've heard from friends that have been to citi and they say it's really nothing special.  obviously better than shea, but they could've done better.
