I'm not a Manny-hater by any means, but I wouldn't mind at all if we got a more intelligent (and fiery) manager.
Manny is a good guy and all but I'm not sure if he's the right person to manage a Major League Baseball team. I think they'll give him a chance so we'll find out soon enough.
