Cameron Selik gets the opening day start for the Suns.  I don't know much about him, he only pitched in relief for the Lake Monsters last year.  According to the article, the projected starting fielders are:

Bryce Harper (RF), Michael Taylor (CF), Wade Moore (LF), Brett Newsome (1B), Adrian Sanchez (2B), Jason Martinson (SS), Blake Kelso (3B), Dave Freitas (C)

Maya gets the start for the Chiefs tomorrow, Meyers for the Senators, and Rosenbaum for the P-Nats on Friday.  Glad to have minor league ball back :D

I'm just going off what the Hagerstown beat writer wrote.  He could get the start or be in at DH still.

Short-season "starts" don't normally last that long anyway, so were his relief appearances multi-inning?

Nothing more than 2 innings.  Its not a knock on him, just surprising he is getting the opening day start.

it's sad i'm more interested in minor leagues than the actual MLB product.  that's what you get when you put out a losing product.

Never be sad to have interest in the minor league games ... watching guys develop/stagnate/rebound is incredibly fascinating/entertaining

The major league product should be better but I'm happy to see the PD pipeline once again start working

Agreed.  I've been watching/reading about minor leagues long before the Nationals were here, so for me they have always been somewhat disconnected, two separate entities if you will.  It is kind of cool now to have the minor league players I follow end up on a major league team that I also follow.  In the same vein, it is amazing to see the strides the Nationals system has taken in the last few seasons, it is only a matter of time before it starts overflowing into the MLB product.

Good to see Brown is back healthy.

Bernadina isn't playing though.

pretty good line-up.

if laroche were to get hurt and marrero is kicking butt, would love to see him get a call-up.

Followed by a Seth Bynum moonshot, 4-0 Chiefs.  Maya has been nibbling a lot, but his breaking ball looks good.  Lots of fly balls.

I REALLY like the starting outfielders in Potomac this year. And Matt LeCroy is their manager?!
