Jesus.  Is it going to take an offseason for Harper to adjust? The Nats can't afford to have Harper struggle in the 2 spot.

Oh shut up.  One at bat doesn't allow a stupid fan to be so critical

Harper really, really, really needs to take some batting lessons.

It's like that time my golf game for some reason went completely south.
Had a refresher lesson and was much better.

Of course that is starting to happen again, but ...  :-[

If Harper doesn't get a lot better next season, he's going to be sent down.  He'll make the team out of spring training but there's no way he stays if he's still hitting like this.

Is the camera angle off or does Zimm seem to be way off the plate again tonight?

What if he keeps doing this in AAA?  What then?

Is it me, or did it look like Zimm was set up far from the plate there?

That was my thought, exactly.

I wonder how Crawford feels about being the most famous wuss in baseball stadium architecture history.

I'd send him down now.    It would screw with his head.    But he's a 19-year-old minor leaguer playing in the majors.     We're supposed to be in a pennant race.  Best players should play.
