No. The Marlins were all but promised the 2015 ASG if they got their new ground up and running. Nats are looking at 2017 at the earliest.

So this certainly won't help. The announcement comes in the summer and there is NO CHANCE that MLB will put its marquee event in that stadium with the uncertainty of a government investigation hovering over it.
