Pats win on a divine luck/officiating play and a last second field goal, 27-24.

That's very close to ESPN's average prediction on its 10,000 simulations, assuming Gronk plays.  I don't buy it because I don't see either team as being a steady-state performer that would allow for meaningful simulation.  A lot of the key playoff playersl have far less than a full season (Giants RBs, Pats Patrick Chung and Brandon Spikes).

I would agree. I think I projected 24-17 Pats earlier in this thread, I think 24-20 is more likely now that I think about it. Regardless, this game isn't getting close to 60 points.

I highly doubt that either side wins by double digits.

I was just looking earlier on here and noticed that there are four of us that have one team or the other winning by double digits. MDS has the biggest spread at 14. I have the Giants winning by 11, while the others are 10 point differences.

And with Brady's brain fart on the first play, a safety gives hope across America to people who bought a square with a "2" for the Giants.

Thank goodness the NFL kept score instead of the people who have been running caucuses in Iowa and Nevada. We would not know the final score for 3 weeks.
