No it's not. Crawford was barely making $1 million this year and won't make that much more next season either.
Crawford doesn't make the team better when he's on the court. Team was 5-28 when he was getting minutes including some starts. Wall came back, essentially took his minutes, and they're 10-9 (9-5 in games with Wall/Beal/Nene playing). They're a better team without Crawford and now they have one less person complaining that he's not getting minutes or numbers.
