The Hagerstown Mayor can say anything he wants to on Wednesday, but it won't have any bearing on the signed letter of intent between the Winchester City EDA and Hagerstown Suns ownership. If the Winchester City Council approves a land transfer on March 13th and financing of stadium is secured by April 17th it will be a done deal for Suns to move to Winchester.
