I like the bunt when it's a pitcher doing it, pretty much. Not too often otherwise. And Bixler laid down a very nice bunt in the ninth, too, but still it failed.
It does seem like our players have laid down great bunts but have failed because of a slower runner on base.
I still think wasting an out to advance the runners with 0 outs is a great call.
