You know?  If the way Snyder runs the Redskins shows that he cares, I'd just as soon he didn't care.  The fact that he cares only proves he's incompetent.

If he didn't care about winning, he wouldn't have been such a big spender in free agency the years before he hired Shanahan and Allen.  Granted he went about it the wrong way and tried to be the George Steinbrenner of football but still.  You have to build a team in football.  In baseball, you can buy a championship as the Yankees have proven.  Snyder wouldn't be a bad baseball owner in terms of bringing in quality hitters and pitchers.  He isn't afraid of spending money, unlike the Lerners.  You pair him with a good GM and you'd be good.

This Rizzo\Davey "don't care" nonsense is ridiculous. Get some material that makes sense, GDT trolls.

+1

If we don't score five runs per inning, the trolls come out and want some mid-game trades/cuts/FA signings.

I hate losing as much as anyone but good grief...

Yeah you guys have fun tonight, I've got better ways to spend 3 hours than watching and reading these shootshows.

Peace.
QUESTION: WHAT WILL The Chief be doing for the rest of the 3 hours:

1. Eating French fries or chocolate.
2. Pitching horse shoes or throwing darts.
3. Getting in a rumble.
4. Drinking heavily.
5. ________________ (pitch your ideas.)

The correct answer gets an entry in a drawing to win The Chief's computer, (which uses dial-up for Internet access.)

Lombo is the most unclutch hitter on the team and it's not close.

Actually, according to Fangraphs "clutch" rating, Nady is the least clutch hitter.

If that we're true, the Spankees would have won every World Series since 2001.

I hope. I'm going to be in a foul mood at the park tomorrow if we drop the first two games in the series.

Boy, everyone here sure hates everyone else here. I'd hate for a face-to-face Nationals discussion forum.

LaRoche at first base is fine.  It's the rest of the lineup that is the problem.

The problem is that - on paper - our lineup is okay.  It's their approach at the plate that's the downfall.  No one can seem to deliver a clutch hit, and many of them seem so anxious to hit the ball out that they will swing at anything in the same zip code as home plate.

Snyder could run the Redskins the way he did the past 10 years and the Redskins would still be the bigger team in D.C., just like they are right now over the Capitals who have made the playoffs over and over.

Redskins run D.C. GET PWNT.
