Capital Weather Gang's NatCast has 'If there is a shower, it would likely be early in the game and shouldn't last long. Overall this is pretty good weather considering how hot and humid it could be this time of year' - near 80 at first pitch, mid-70's by ninth inning, 20% chance of rain.

Has anyone been to one of the concerts yet?  We are going to the game on Sept 22nd and are hanging around for the Dierks Bentley concert.  Just wondering how long they generally are and if you can move to different seats.

Yes - fans can move down, but are limited to avoiding seats of STH who are present

I'll be there tonight in section 105. Been super busy with work and haven't gotten to one in a while, so I'm pretty pumped.

just about set to  leave for tonight.  section 109 row EE trade in seat.  wearing the gray Hard Tiem script Washington tee shirt.  May pick up a cloth adjustable 2 tone blue and red hat, but will likely just show in the faded Boston hat.

Cal, Mathguy, 2IPA, Sharp, OC, Ali & Frau, Galah, Heeman, VamosRamos.

What, I'm a potted plant?

good to see you yesterday.  I caught Mathguy and 2IPAs where I suspected they'd be, enjoying a beverage down in the Porch during the delayed start.

By the way - went to the Taqueria next to Shake Shack yesterday and had the chicken tacos. They are traditional size (not taco bell anglo size) but were very good, and at $7.75, are a nice light alternative to my standard falafel from Max's.  Good eats for when Max's is shut down.

I see that they now have margaritas...I wonder how they are.  I'm assuming that they are the usual mix & rail crap, but you never know...a proper delivery of fresh lime, triple sec, and decent tequila would be a welcome addition to those Maxless tacopocalypse games.

Had tickets for the original Dierks date - Big & Rich replaced him.

The play for fans going for the music is to get the cheapest seat possible, then, pay to upgrade to the field. There was a small crowd of people in the infield (near second base on the dirt) that were right in fornt of the stage.

As for the concert itself, from where we were on the 3B side, down the LF line a little bit, the sound quality was awful. It made the concert unlistenable.

You're NOT a potted plant!  I posted that before I saw you!  Nice catching up with you too!  Great!  I'll try Taqueria next.  I think I tried Max's once.  Not one for chick peas.

Next games are Friday and Monday in my usual 310.

BTW, Verizon service at NATS Park is intermittent!   >:(
