I betcha that Guillen is kicking himself for declining that offer earlier in the season
He already said in an interview not signing was "probably a mistake" which you assume is like saying "Hey! Jim! make me an offer!"
I hope Jim (and Jose) realizes that he can be had, CHEAP!
