For those going today: per Capital Weather Gang's NatCast: 'Best bet is the thundershowers are before and/or after the game. Partly sunny, humid conditions will keep the lemonade stand busy! Take an umbrella with you just to ensure that it doesn't rain' with 30% chance of precip.

They were saying 30% chance yesterday and nothing materialised, at least during the match and immediately before/after - let's hope it keeps up that way.

Thanks for the early postings of the game threads, lately. Today's game is gonna have some drama I think - It is a REDEMPTION GAME for the Mariners. Could be very tight game or a massacre of hitting against Marquis.  :ballbat:  Pray for a tight game. Right now, too iffy to call.  :nervous:  REDEMPTION games always are.

                                  Go Nats.....

I think you just gave me ADHD.

Roger bernadina supposedly leading off today with werth batting 2nd. Thoughts?
Good. I have always thought that Werth should not be a lead-off, but bat as 2nd man in the line-up. He seems to be more motivated, when there are players on base ahead of him....

For those that have yet to see Pineda pitch... you're in for a treat/long day.

He's a beast.

I'm a Nats fan first, only way I consider it a treat is if we crush him, so I guess it's option two.

Hopefully you're wrong and/or he has an off day (or the Nats have an on day)

don't think you can listen online without MLB subscription.  the local stations that carry the games get blacked out.

You know?  With XM radio you can listen to any team, anywhere, any time a live game is on.  Your subscription to XM radio comes with the MLB baseball package so there's no need to pay extra - on top of that, you get MLB Network Radio: a 24-hour all baseball channel so you can get your fill of baseball any time of the day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

/sales pitch

Someone posts the online link that's to a regular site that never gets blacked out.

Slingbox FTW. Highly recommend it. No monthly fees, just one time fee for the device itself.

You can watch your cable box from anywhere. I have it on my iPhone, iPad, and it's accessible from any computer.

I will watch the MASN feed at work on my computer via my slingbox.

How good would a Strasburg-Pineda match have been?
