See my Ninja edit. I did use Google Maps to try to find Water Street in Manhattan. It has nothing on it that looks like this.

Edit: I found another shot. It's an underground mall called The Plaza Shops. Andrew Cuomo actually took the picture.

I got that the first time, but living in DC we publish pics from all over, so figured the BG would be the same. Is it indeed in Boston?
