I don't recall any analysts getting upset about Morse being in the lineup... if I recall correctly he was actually a big sleeper pick in a lot of fantasy publications? But eh, maybe we read different sources.
Also, his BABIP is ridiculously, unsustainably high right now, strongly suggesting that he's due for a major 'correction' downwards in the future.
His career BABIP is pretty high. I would personally be quite happy with him hitting .270 or .280 with the power he's demonstrated (which is most definitely sustainable).
