If you have a three burner grill turn the outside burners on and cook in the middle. This works very well when cooking delicate meats.

we have tried that and have one of the machines, but it's hard to find the right kind of flour.
Harris Teeter carries Durum Semolina but you can get the same grind (finer than regular flour) using any cake flour for about half the price. I use regular all purpose flour.
