Should be a tough series. Both are good team. Both battling for first. And DC games end up quasi-home games for the O's, because freak if any of us want to go to a third world country to see a baseball game.

You'd think the Baltimore fans left in in MoCo might make the trek to OPaCY instead of ugly-ing up Nats Park, but no. Even with hosting the Yankees and the Red Sox, The Eauws still draw 2K fewer fans per game.

Which means that the O won't stand out as much since they've been singing along for the entire song.

I don't mind it, it's pretty sweet when the whole stadium sings the anthem. Maybe it'll also mean the fans will be alive and energized before the 7th inning. Then again, half the stadium isn't filled until about the 3rd or 4th.

OK, now I get it.  They're saying sing loudly for the entire anthem.  Drown them out that way. That makes sense. Heck, that should be a given.
