Frikking is really a bastardization of frigging, I think, which is very impolite.

Aw ... you've missed me ... I feel honored ... (PS - I'll try to leave a better mark next time ... )been up to my eyeballs with work and on the road - but I still listen/watch every Nats game I can and am absolutely jazzed over the way they've played on this homestand ... looking forward to catching the games this weekend ...and you can look for me on the next game day thread ...
