Michael Taylor has had an awful year in Potomac. 0 HRs in 264 ABs!! It's time to send him down to Hagerstown and bring up Goodwin who looks like he is ready for the challenge.
Bumping him up to High-A is not such a huge leap. I would let him play there the rest of the season and possibly start him there next season depending on how he does.
