6 quick outs in a row for Hudson. Settling in nicely

Two of those outs, the first and third, in that inning told me how this game is going to go.

Man they're desperate to fill some seats for this Pirates series.  $1 seats, $1 parking, $1 hot dogs, and $1 peanuts.  I'm sure the seats and parking are both terrible (lot HH?) but still.  This should've been easily be the lowest attended series of the year.  Probably still will be.

If you're just tuning in ... Scenery Alert.

Short red dress in right field near the foul pole (no pun intended).

Seen on close-ups of pitchers.

Hey, I need something (besides the game) to hold my attention.

So during the break between innings (from first to second) I went to check on the kids who were eating brownies that I just finished making before the game started.

I went into the dining room to find that the three of them ate their brownies like a pack of tigers would have hunted for food.  There were brownie crumbs literally covering the entirety of the floor of our 110 square foot dining room.

I'm not so sure that they actually ate any brownie at all.

:?

Did I miss anything in our half of the second?

You missed two outs that would likely have been hits for some other team.

$1 seats include field level seats in LF and RF corners.  Not bad!
