Radio guys were saying last night that tonight's game is being broadcast live all over Asia. Pretty cool. I hope he kicks ass.

The referenced co-worker has never gone to a game until today. He also said his friend is friends with Yi Jianlian and they have a whole group going.

Really wish I was heading downtown to check out the hoopla. Should be fun.
Should I know who Yi Jianlan is?

I've been informed that #Nats LHP Ross Detwiler is still on the 25-man roster. I'll know more later.

I'll go out on a limb and say a vet is DFA'd.

My dream of seeing "Henry Rodriguez Outright Released" in the transactions is never going to come to fruition.

At least not until the off-season.

And even then, it probably won't be this off season.

He's out of options, though.  They just have to DFA or outright release him this off-season or I will start to turn to the dark side.

I am not sure of this at all. Can't they non-tender him and resign him to a minor legue contract?

They can DFA him and he can accept a trip to the minors at major league salary.
