Here in Springfield my whole neighborhood power went out, my sister(s) one in Woodbridge and another in Annandale still have power. This storm came from nowhere I was in shock when it came, earlier in the day at around 7 I was watering my yard 
I usually keep an eye on the weather, but I heard nothing about that until I was outside taking the towels off the line at 11 last night. Holy smokes that was crazy.
