Yes, I remember Dibble talking about it before on the broadcast. All I can say is it's fascinating, since we know nothing about the behind the scenes stuff. That Dibble said it again tonight after Girardi called him out is definitely interesting, but I'll give Dibble a very generous benefit of the doubt for the job he's done in the booth and leave it at that.

The NY papers have not had a whisper of Gerardi going anywhere. One of those papers is entirely rumor + pictures (usually along the lines of Podsed's wife) + opinion explaining the rumor. Not a whisper.

I think ya'll are wrong.  How could every single starting pitcher not get any better and/or start doing alot worse?  They can't all suck that bad.  There has to be something inherently wrong with the way they are being coached, that is the only explanation I can come up with.

I can't understand why Lannan started this inning. Maybe Rig and McCat and Pudge can see something good that the results don't show???

I freaking hate that douche.

haha. He can't even give an "Amazing, Dunn just hit another three run homer!" earlier. Not even a single hint of praise other than having to report an update to the score. Yet he can't twitter fast enough to report Dunn struck out, when he hardly is posting an AB by AB update of the game. What an idiot. Anyone that thinks we made a mistake on the Capps/Ramos deal as vehemently as Laddy Dobbleson does is beyond redemption.

I'd rather him strike out than hit into a DP

Let him stay until a runner reaches 2nd base

The problem is we made a huge mistake in letting St. Claire go. I believe this team would be better with St Claire than it is right now without him. It's just our talent level has been ****-all these past five years. When it finally got so bad, even St. Claire couldn't help them, and we let him go. McCatty hasn't done a noticeably worse job than St. Claire, but he doesn't seem to be able to create the miracles St. Claire sometimes pulled off. With St. Claire, you'd get about 2-3 genuine miracle seasons for a pitcher each year. With McCatty, you get what you pay for (player-wise). When all is said and done, it doesn't really change the outcome a damn bit.

McCatty is just a place holder until Livo retires ;)

And we'll be getting Kershaw out any second now. Over 100, two on? Whoda thunk we'd score six runs on him, even if we'd be shut out right now if not for Dunn?

Ooooh. Lady in the blue top. Hot dodgers fan by the bullpen, hopefully she distracts those bums.

Perfect time for Kevin Mench to pinch hit if they walk Al-Go.

One out is better than two...

...but you shouldn't have to bunt with your #6 hitter.
